I'm Kelmore, a freelance artist specializing in anthropomorphic characters. I've been drawing for the furry community and other audiences since 2018. I'm passionate about my work and I love bringing your ideas to life!

Tablet : XP Pen, Artist 22 (2e generation).
Software : Clip Studio Paint.

The following conditions apply...

1. PAYMENT
Only PayPal and/or bank transfer payments are accepted. It is possible to pay in up to 2 installments. Payment in 4 installments via PayPal is possible if eligible. Work will begin only after full payment has been received. A price estimate will be provided; if the client approves the estimate, an invoice will be issued (the client's email address is required).

2. CANCELLATION AND REFUND
Before the commission begins, it is possible to cancel without charge. Once the commission has begun, I no longer accept refunds in case of cancellation. In the event of inappropriate behavior or bad faith abuse, the service will be canceled without refund.

3. ADDITIONAL FEES
I may request an additional fee in the following cases:
- If I deem a character, setting, or element of your commission too complex.
- If you ask me not to publish a WIP (Work In Progress) and/or not to share the commission for more than a month.
- If you ask me to correct an error or modify an element of the commission after the sketching stage has passed.
- If your character lacks visual references, or if those references are of poor quality or illegible.

4. DEADLINES
The completion time for a commission is a maximum of 1 to 3 months, except in cases of force majeure, and may be extended. Any commission requiring a shorter timeframe must be subject to prior agreement.

5. WIPS AND REVISIONS
During your commission, I will send you one or more WIPs for each stage of the creative process. The sketching stage allows you 5 revisions. No revisions or changes will be made after the sketch is approved. You have 5 revisions during this stage.

6. POST AND CREDIT
I will post the completed commission on my social media; you are free to do the same as long as you credit me properly.

7. RIGHT OF USE
I reserve the right to use my artwork as I see fit. Once the commission is completed, it belongs to you. However, you do not have the right to use it for commercial purposes. You have the right to print or have your commission printed on any medium: poster, mug, T-shirt, etc., as long as it is for your personal use. You do not have the right to use the WIPs (Works in Progress) provided to you during the creation process. It is forbidden to appropriate, copy, retouch, or alter my artwork in any way without my permission. I do not consent to the use of my artwork by any type of generative AI. I also do not consent to the imitation of my art style by such AI.

8. REFERENCES
Every character must have a visual reference:
- reference sheet
- sketch
- mood board
You attest to having the necessary permissions regarding the use or illustration of the characters provided.

9. ARTISTIC FREEDOM
Creating a personalized illustration requires a minimum of artistic freedom.

10. MY STYLE
My style is semi-realistic. I don't create visual styles other than my own. If your character has a different style, the character will be "translated" into my style.
